KOR Announces Strategic Rebrand: KOR Group of Companies

After 30 years of innovation, KOR is entering a new chapter. As part of a strategic reorganization for growth, the company now operates as two focused businesses under one ownership: KOR Machinery Inc. and KOR Components Inc., together forming KOR Group of Companies. Discover what this transition means for customers, vendors, and partners in a message from Nick Knezic, General Manager and President.

Dear Valued Partner,

I am pleased to announce exciting changes at KOR. After 30 years in business, we are making strategic changes to position the company for continued long-term growth.

Effective January 1, 2026 KOR Engineering Inc. was renamed KOR Components Inc. (www.korcomponents.com) to better reflect its primary focus as a manufacturer of precision machined components serving a variety of industries. This business runs all manufacturing operations at our Oakville facility.

Components customers will receive invoices from receivables@korcomponents.com, and vendors will submit bills to payables@korcomponents.com.

In addition, a new entity named KOR Machinery Inc. was formed last November. This entity encompasses the business activities of the former Machinery Division and operates from offices within the Oakville facility. KOR Machinery Inc. will focus primarily on sales, marketing, engineering and procurement of machinery projects for customers in the label printing industry. Machinery customers will receive invoices from receivables@kormachinery.com, and vendors will submit bills to payables@kormachinery.com.

There has been no change to ownership or physical address as part of this transition.

While we strive to make this transition as seamless as possible for our customers, we ask for your patience during this process. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Best regards,

Nick Knezic
