New version of T-Series slitter cartridge for shrink films
Our engineering team has just completed the latest issue of the T-Series, a high-performance rotary shear slitter cartridge that incorporates Tidland’s Class I type knives against driven anvils.
The new T-Series incorporates a full servo motor and drive for high performance. It also features:
- Top knives that can be quickly adapted to razor slitting with the Tidland razor cartridge.
- Lower knives are tool steel in 40 mm width
- A split collar design for easy removal for resharpening and re-installation onto the inflating precision knife shaft.
This performance addition can be removed to a cart for servicing or swapped with another technology such as the standard 2-in-1 shear razor or a score cut cartridge for processing of other substrates.
